Experience the health benefits and joy of mindful birding. MIndful birding is about connecting in the moment and noticing without judgment. In this series of workshops, we will experience a way to connect more deeply to the present moment by practicing birding as a form of mindful meditation, by bringing mindful movement to the birding experience, and by reflecting on what we notice about our own inner nature while observing birds as inspiration for journaling or sketching. These workshops may be done as a series or individually.
