Mindful birding combines mindfulness practices such as sit spots with the joy of observing birds. Connecting with nature in the gardens is healing and full of surprises. Join us for a relaxing program about birdsong and how to continue this practice on your own. This class will be taught both inside and outdoors. Please dress for the weather.
