Restorative Birding Hike

Las Vegas area, Nevada, USA

Partnership with the Bureau of Land Management & Red Rock Audubon

Did you know that mental health is more correlated with bird diversity than any other group of animals? Take the time to fight the seasonal blues and learn about birding for health. While this is a birding program, the focus will be on mindfulness, relaxation, and community rather than identification. Birders of all levels of experience, ability, and fitness levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged.

Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. Advance registration at (rrcrestobirding.timetap.com) is required to attend this program.
